It is no secret that Americans buy more SUVs than cars and trucks combined. That being said, Jeep is releasing a trove of new vehicles for the 2022 model year. In fact, tomorrow, September 29, at 9 AM, we will get to see the grand reveal of the all-new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

In anticipation of the event, here are some newly released details about the brand new SUV.

According to Car and Driver, the 2022 Grand Cherokee will come with a posh interior, one similar to the third row 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, which was released over the summer. An 8.4-inch touchscreen is standard, though a 10.1-inch screen is available, and all Grand Cherokees come with a 10.3-inch digital gauge cluster.

The 2022 Grand Cherokee will offer a multitude of engine options for buyers to choose from. Similar to the Grand Cherokee L, the two-row Grand Cherokee is expected to come standard with a 290-hp 3.6-liter V-6. More efficiency -oriented consumers will get their needs met by way of the turbo-charged 2.0-liter four-cylinder and turbo-diesel 3.0-liter V-6 engines that are also found in the Jeep Wrangler. In addition to the engine options, the 2022 Grand Cherokee will also add a gasoline-electric hybrid 4xe model into the mix.
