Not only is the Jeep Grand Cherokee the ultimate SUV, the Jeep brand also happens to be the most patriotic automaker for the 20th year in a row. Brand Keys is an organization that surveys iconic American brands and perceptions of these brands within the country.
The organization named Jeep as the most patriotic automaker when this particular survey started in 2002. This survey used 5,804 consumers between the ages of 16 and 65. Brand Keys assessed 1,172 brands in various categories to see which ones resonated with the word “patriotism”.
One of the most popular vehicles in the Jeep lineup is the Grand Cherokee, which is built at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit, Michigan. Other top-sellers, such as the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator are built at the headquarters in Toledo, Ohio. 2022 saw a lot of change to where Jeep made these American SUVs, thanks to new factories and an expanded lineup.
